The Artful Giraffe is proud to be part of the Historic Downtown Village. The Village is named for a cluster of historic cottages along Fruitville Road between US 301 and Osprey Avenue. Built in the 1920's by John Ringling to house his circus workers, the bungalows have evolved into a Historic Shopping District. All of the Village businesses are independently-owned and operated. The Historic Downtown Village hosts a monthly “Fourth Friday ” event from 5:00 - 9:00 pm. Stroll through the Village and allow yourself to be entranced by live entertainment, hors d'oeuvres and, as always, fabulous shopping! Bring your friends and spend the evening with us!
Come visit the Gift Shop & Gallery to find artisan made items, ranging from jewlery to organic soaps to fine art. All made by local artists!
We offer a variety of art classes and artists workshops in many new and different mediums. Please join our mailing list for monthly schedule of classes. Spots are limited and fill up fast so make sure to book your spot early!
Behind the gallery is a Paint-Your-Own-Pottery studio where you can “create and paint it” and we will “glaze and fire it”. Book a birthday party, bridal shower or other fun event. *NEW* We have also added a pottery wheel! Call us for more details!

From that point, the Artful Giraffe continued to add more talented artists.
Fast forward to present; the gallery represents over 250 unique painters, sculptors, designers, illustrators, jewelry designers and many more !
